I want the proof he was actually a man. To date, there is no historical evidence WHATSOEVER of Jesus' existence. After that, we can debate whether or not he's a god.

There is no historical evidence outside of the bible that Jesus truly existed, let alone was something other human.
The Romans kept very, very detailed records about what happened during their rule. Including records of every punishment they inflicted on those accused of being criminals. Yet there is nothing speaking of Jesus. You would expect that there would be something seeing how high profile it was.
Christians claim that we have the eye-witness testimony in the New Testament. They claim that there is reason for these people to lie, such as the 500 people that supposedly saw Jesus during Paul's time.
The question isn't "why would they lie?" but instead "did they really exist at all?" We have no evidence that even proves that these supposed eye-witnesses even existed to begin with. I'm not saying that gospel writers intentionally lied, but that they wrote down something more akin to rumors.
It is also important to remember that the writers had something to gain by inlcuding eyewitness testimoney.
Looking at some of the events of the New Testament, like the cracking of the Temple veil, the ressurection of the dead that went among the living, Jesus ascending into heaven and the incident of speaking in tongues just to name a few. Yet we have absolutely nothing, nothing to show that any thing in the New Testament actually existed.

Only by His word alone that He said He was the Son Of God. But you just have to be a believer. Thats one reason why Jesus was hanged on the cross, the people didn't believe what Jesus said and called him a blasphemer and he was eventually hung to the cross. And I am not answering your question about whether He was the son of God or not. There's no explaining anything if you don't even believe that Jesus existed. And your question is really irrelevant if you have no faith. Asking that question is like having your fortune told when you don't even believe the psychic can predict the future. But at least you are curious and thats the first step to living a righteous life for God and Him alone.

Well there is proof that a man named Jesus was crucified by the Romans. There are Roman documents that show this (unless they have bee falsified). Now that he was the son of god There is no scientific proof it is all based on faith and just a gut feeling that there is something more than living, dying, and then you are worm food. Now as far as being a looney. He either was the son of God or was crazy. Could you picture 13 guys getting together to create a religion for money or for fun, and by the way one of us has to be crucified. Ok lets draw straws. Oops Jesus you got the short straw you have to be the Messiah. No one could have been looney enough to do this for fun or profit. That leaves he spoke the truth and was the son of God. We will never have proof he was the son of God but we have proof that he existed.

Well, in a court of law all these witnesses that testify of him in the Bible including the Apostles, disciples, the 500 witnesses of his resurrection and so forth would prove that he is more than a man. However, if you are looking for that evidence elsewhere, you probably won't find it.
And yes, the existence of Jesus the Son of the Carpenter is found in multiple places in history.
For proof of his existence you only have to look at some ancient records. He is there.

What do you mean by evidence?
At this point, the evidence is diluted far beyond even hearsay. The best evidence is translations of third-generation copies of written testimony, where those in exclusive custody of the documents had possible motives for falsification.

Jesus was more than a man. The proof was his power over all aspects of our world. He could control the weather, cast out demons, etc...
Yes you may think, maybe he had power...but that doesn't mean he was the Son of God. But you are wrong there.
Demons don't cast out other demons, there would be no reason for this. Only opposities will conflict, the Light of Jesus vs. The darkness of satan. You can read examples of the Son of Man and God in the first few gospels of the New Testament.

The empty grave is pretty good evidence.
The books of the Bible were written within a generation of when Jesus died. Nobody would have believed if they were telling total lies.
The apostles were killed for their beliefs. Why would they die for a known lie?
Jesus was prophesied to come at that time and place. His method of death was described before it was invented.

Anyone can claim to be God, but what evidence is there to support their claim? The answer is clear: None. But Jesus Christ was different, and the reason is because He not only claimed to be God, but His whole life was a witness to its truth. Because of that, He alone could truthfully say, "I and the Father are one" (John 10:30).
What evidence is there for Jesus' divinity? The first is that of His sinless life—something only God could do. The Bible says Jesus was "tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin" (Hebrews 4:15). Then there is the evidence of His miracles—miracles that demonstrated the power of God.
But the final proof of Jesus' divine nature was His resurrection from the dead. Anyone could claim to be the Son of God, but only Christ proved it by coming back from the grave—an event witnessed by hundreds. Who was Jesus Christ? He was God in human flesh—and He came into this world for one reason: to save us from our sins. Why not open your heart to Him today?
