I would think so, in North Carolina, and Ohio, you have to wait 6 months before you get your reg. licence. Just dont get any tickets or traffic Violations and ur'll be fine, unlike me. I got a speeding ticket going 70mph in a 55. and now I cant get my lincence till I'm 18. **** but my family we speed... just dont speed or dont get caught speeding... bro and you will be fine.
