The SAD thing is that everyone on this board has heard (seen) the Good News of Christ. Whether they accept Him or reject Him is their decision and their eternity, (whether they believe that or not) is based on that decision.

You seem to be missing the basic point. If we don't BELIEVE in God or Jesus, then whatever it says in the Bible is meaningless since we consider it to be fiction. Get it? Understand now?
As for celebrating Easter and Christmas, those holidays were invented a long time ago by believers. Does that mean we have to believe in the Easter bunny and Santa Claus? No, not really.
Go to bed now and leave the talking to the grown-ups.

I believe in God, but I don't believe Jesus was the messiah because he didn't fulfill the prophecies regarding the messiah.
And I, like billions of people around the world, don't celebrate Christmas or Easter or go to church. Egocentric, much?

I have believe in God I do not follow the God of Christianity. I believe Jesus was a real man and he was murdered for refusing to conform to the mold of society.
I have no belief in your hell.
Christians celebrate Easter as the resurrection of Christ and Christmas as is birth because these dates fall near the Spring Equinox and the Winter Solstice...it helped ease conversion from Paganism to the church.
EDIT: The name calling and your lack of knowledge makes it a bit hard to take you seriously.

I thought hell was complete separation from God. If I don't believe in him, what's so bad about being completely separated from him? Besides, the Pope is infallible, but they keep changing their minds on things through the years. How is something right ten years ago and not right now? The Pope is guided by God, but he won't give any of his trillions of dollars buried in the Vatican to hungry children in Africa. Just a bunch of hypocrites. If you don't believe in God it just means you are going to fend for yourself and kind acts are more sincere when you do them. Some people don't like the church because it tells them what to think. I don't know about you, but I'm going to do my own thinking. I don't need some middleman telling me what to do. If God has something to say to me he can come down and say it to me himself. until then, I don't think he exists.

Easter and Dec 25th were celebrated long before Jesus was around. You don't know much of history, do you?
I'm glad I don't have the karma you will have from scorning others for not believing in a book written by men. Enjoy!

Big surprise: people who realize the bible is just a bunch of stories are not worried about the threats in it.
Nobody can prove any gods, much less a specific god, exist. People believe in specific gods because of indoctrination from an early age, tradition, hallucinations, fear of torture (for gods sadistic enough to threaten it) and other similarly illogical reasons. But no gods exist in reality; these are all stories, created for people who were scared of the world long before we understood it. Now we have no more reason for these superstitions.

It's written on a piece of paper that I say is very important that people who write "dont' instead of "don't" will burst into flames. That doesn't make it so, does it?
I don't believe in god because there is no evidence that god exists.
