yes it most likely will unless you are still growing breast tissue and the growth exceeds the loss of mass due to weight loss. They shouldn't get saggy though unless you are older and lose weight, you just need to keep up with your weight loss, if you are in your twenties or younger your skin should bounce back fairly quickly as long as you aren't morbidly obese and have already stretched your skin to a point it is not able to ever recover from. 40 lbs is a lot of weight to lose, however, as you probably know spot reduction is not possible, so the 40 lbs would be lost from all over your body, only a small amount from your breasts.

Basically, I think you'll be ok. Just remember that your skin needs TIME to redrape and tighten, so don't freak out! give it time to happen, and lose weight in a responsible way or your skins results will be worse than they could have been.

I have lost 40 lbs, but it was from pregnancy ...but my stomach took about 4 months to tighten up to where it didn't freak me out, I was 22. The younger you are the more forgiving your skin will be.

Everyone is different but, I was at my heaviest 220lbs and a full C, almost D cup. I have lost and I am now 147 and am an A cup. I dont mind being an A cup and my boobs were the last thing i thought about when i was heavier. i just wanted to be smaller all around, which i am. I do mind that they arent perky at all, I did have 2 children and breastfed both so that may be why. TBH, i would just concentrate on being healthy, trying to loose weight in a healthy way and make exercise apart of your weight loss journey. I did do exercise but only reciently started really working out. So if you can join a gym, do cardio and weights. If you do you will have much better results than i have had. Do chest exercises to try and keep your girls. Not to sound shallow, but i have been thinking of getting a boob job. I have worked my a$$ off, breastfed 2 kids and have deflated boobs. I dont want big ones, just want them to be where they should be iykwim. You will loose some of them but you will be happier, have self confidence and feel good about yourself if loosing weight is what you want for yourself. Exercise has boosted my self confidence alot, i feel strong and get such a rush after a good workout. Good luck, boobs are nice but arent everything!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

You will lose a little from your boobs, but you don;t need to worry about getting saggy from losing 40 pounds.

Been there, done that, gained it back, did it again.....and so on and so on.....

They can get saggy so it's best that one does exercises that targets the muscles around them to keep them as lifted as possible. I lost 45lbs but most of my weight dropped from my hips. As far as my chest goes the only thing that I've noticed was more of my collarbone showing and the back flab was gone my cup size is still the same.

Yes you will. If you gain weight your breast size increases and if you lose weight your breast size decreases. I gained 15 lbs and my cup went from B to a C.
