I have been xrayed, ct's and seen an ortho doctor, but none can tell me what the problems is. I have had this for about 18 moths. Very painful when I set down, just a bruning sensation.

Since you have done everything medically with no results I suggest you try alternative medicine. My first recommendation is to see a chiropractor. I feel that a chiropractor could find out what is causing the problem because they deal with the spinal column and this sounds like something being impinged in the spine causing the burning sensation.

My second recommendation is to see an acupuncturist. They're very good at finding treatments for soft tissue problems.

I believe you will get help and answers from either of these doctors. For now place an ice pack on the burning areas for fifteen minutes, three times daily. This will help bring down some of the pain.

I've enclosed a link were you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area.
