McDonald's wasn't ok to eat in the first place. It has so many preservatives though that I'm sure it hasn't changed much from lying in the bushes. Animals and bugs are too smart to eat that crap. At any rate you should retrieve it instead of littering. I would say feed it to your dog or cat, but that's cruelty to animals.
Edit: I just read your profile. "I can't stand the following: Homosexuals, preps, goths.." You should leave it out there for a few more days and then eat it.

In the future please don't litter.
Whether or not the burger is okay depends on the temperature and amount of time it's been sitting. Also the various bugs and whatnot in the bush you decided to litter.
Of course the fact that it's a McDonald's bacon cheeseburger means it was never okay to eat in the first place. Gross!
