Absolutely, why would there still be references to the God of Isaac, Abraham and Jacob if they are going to be unknown to us in the hereafter? Or Adam and Eve, Joseph or Elijah? These men receive a great deal of respect here for the things they have done, I don't think God would deny them that respect in heaven. We knew and will know Jesus Christ, so why would it be different for us? I firmly believe we will know each other in the afterlife. No one is lost in death.

Sure. We all have lots of relatives who have passed on.

Just remember there's little change truly between the two worlds. If you were mean to someone on earth, they'll be up there too.
