weight and belly fat. I would like help on finding exercises to do to lose this belly fat and excess weight while wearing my leg braces. Can anyone help me on this problem of mine.

you need to see a physical therapist or sports Physician who can help you outline an exercise program. The ideal exercise for you would be swimming. There are many community centers that have swimming pools with handicap chairs to lift and put you down into the water.

I recommend using "weight watchers" diet program, which you can access online or go in person if possible. Their program is sensible and you get wonderful emotional support.
