I used to prefer Old World and Shabby Chic styles, now I appreciate eclectic contemporary designs. There are a lot of great new color schemes, multi-functional pieces, and modern interpretations of historical designs - even at Ikea!

Country. Not the kitschy stuff most people think of though. Just casual country.

Traditional. I like dark wood like mahogany and I like victorian style furniture.

Cabin or Lodge, or American NORTHwest....all very similar, very woodsy and casual looking.
By the way: NORTHwest NOT to be confused with SOUTHwest.

I guess you would call it "Old World" or "Tuscan." Basically, anything I can slap brown paint on to make it look "antique" instead of "cheap."
