If you have your own website, and you want to disable the image tool bar from appearing when someone hovers the mouse over an image, then put this in your html:

Disabling the right-click is an option also, but that also disables the use of right-click for going back and will annoy some visitors to your site. There are lots of examples on the web - just google it.

This will not prevent someone from using the "Save Page As..." from the file menu to grab everything on your page, including the images. Or using the Prnt Scrn capture.

Putting a semi-transparent watermark is probably the best solution as well as using .jpg files that are not high resolution where appropriate.

There isn't a real way to stop people from taking your pictures. The "no right click" is the best you can really do. If there is a will, there is a way to steal them. Even if you have a PHP script generate the image that is hidden, people can't steal it but they can still do a Print Screen and take it that way.

The only other option you have would be putting big watermarks on your images to prevent people from calling the images their own.

If you post images on the Internet, it is more or less fair game. It is incredibly hard to stop people from stealing images but you can make it significantly less desireable by saving images as low-quality JPEGs, plastering a watermark diagonally across the image, and shrinking the image.

I think on photobucket you can make your profile not available to the public, so that should protect your pictures from being taken.
