Use dogmatic arguments.
I.e. the bible is true because the bible says so.
The scary thing is that they do not see the problem with this.

The biggest?
When (some very few) insist that the massacre of innocents, if ordered by God, is "moral." THAT gets my goat and makes me think these (again few) individuals are indeed dangerous.
(And yes, if you didn't know it, according to them, their god has ordered, and carried out, such massacres. It's all there in their "scriptures.")
