HI,
A MOUTH GUARD IS MADE TO FIT EXACTLY TO YOUR TEETH. IF YOUR ORTHO CASE IS DONE, THIS WILL NOT CHANGE OR ALTER YOUR BITE. IF THIS IS MADE BY YOUR DENTIST, THHIS WILL BE AN EXACT FIT BECAUSE A CUSTOM IMPRESSION IS GIVEN TO THE LAB WHERE A PERFECT-FITTING GUARD IS MADE.

You can go to your ortho place and they can make you a special mouth guard to fit your teeth and your braces. I used to work at an orthodontic place and many kids got them. If your teeth change, all you have to do it put the mouth guard in hot water, wait until it softens and then shape it to fit your teeth. After run it under room temp. water
