WOW that is early! The only things I can suggest are going to bed early every night (I know you won't like that) so your internal clock is set to wake you up everyday at 5:30; sleep with your shades/blinds open so the sun wakes you up, and put your alarm clock across the room so you have to get up out of bed to turn it off. Can you ask your parents to wake you up? Maybe they can flick cold water in your face or something.

wow that is really early, don't go to bed late. Set an alarm clock in your bathroom or outside your hall so it makes you get up and turn it off... if this still doesn't work set it fast and set another one to go off a few minutes later. I was a swimmer in high school and had to be at the pool by 6 so trust me I know what you are going through. Also who is taking you to school?? Make them call to you to get you up or have someone come and get you earlier than you need to be at school so even if you are running a few minutes behind you will still be on time. Also set out your clothes the night before, if you think you might change your mind set two outfits out. Also take a shower early in the evening and blow dry or do your hair so that in the morning you can redo and go. I hope these help!! Best of luck and I am sure you will do great!!

Go to bed on time or early!! I have the same problem with alarm clocks, it doesn't matter I don't hear them. Try an alarm clock that turns on music instead of an annoying buzzing sound. That seems to work better for me.

Also if you have a parent that can help make sure your up, that will help! Good luck, once you are in the habit of getting up it will be a peice of cake!

The alarm clock that vibrates your bed is called Sonic Boom, I have one because I'm a really heavy sleeper too! It can also be plugged into a lamp so that while it is making the loudest most annoying noise EVER the light flashes & your bed shakes.
You could ask a friend to call your cell phone untill you get up and answer it.
Or maybe ask one of your parents to make sure you're up.
Or set multiple alarms.
Try to go to bed early, I know that's no fun, but if you get enough sleep it'll be easier to wake up in the morning.

Actually, a good, loud, annoying alarm clock will do you some good. It sounds like you need more sleep if you can't wake up. I think you should at least go to bed at 10:00 tops. Trust me, it really helps to get a good nights sleep.

Start going to sleep early 2-3 days before school starts and have an alarm clock. When the alarm goes off, try your best to keep your eyes open.

What I have to do is put my alarm clock on the radio, turn it up FULL BLAST and put it across the room so that I have to get up out of bed to walk across the room. I also took off the 'turn off alarm' button and I have to use a pen to shut it off. I have to be pretty darn awake to be able to shut it off that way.
Works like a charm. Used to work 3rd shift and this was the only thing that helped me get up on time!

Use three or four alarm clocks and have them set for two minute intervals. Also, put them at different ends of the room and so you have to get out of bed to turn them off.

Well, my alarm clock goes off every 3 minutes, and I put it out of reach from my bed, so I have to stand up to get it, but...

If alarm clocks "don't help you out", try... having someone else wake you (a parent or something), leave your curtains open, at night, so the light wakes you up.

To get used to waking up early, stay up until like, 3 in the morning, so you'll go to sleep early, then wake up early. your body will get used to the cycle after a couple weeks.

Well shower the night before.
Then it should take you abotu a half an hour to get ready for school.
Do you walk to school? if you do how long does it take? cause you would add that time to 30 mins then go backwards so that you would have to wake up around 545. That's the only way i can think of. oh and stick to your bed time because you sleep later there's a better chance of you oversleeping.
