check to make sure nothing in your engine is coming in contact with the transmission drain and refill the transmission fluid. Plus because its a 1990 its pretty old so its gonna act up a little bit. I have a 98 eclipse that doesnt even have 100k miles on it and my transmission went through a time of bad functioning i found out that the owner before had poorly installed the cold air intake which was coming in contact with my transmission little adjustment and it was fine.

Check all of the fuses, especially the PCM and Fuel Pump
fuses, one of those is probably blown.

If it turns over then it would be a solenoid or distributor so some thing like that. I wonder if it jumped timing some how?
Interesting!!

check your main power fuse . or you might have fried the PCM . if you cant find a blown fuse you are **** out of luck. also check your power relays
