Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Drink more organic fruit juices. Drink 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day. Walk at least two miles every day after work or school. At the end of thirty days you will have acclimated your body to this regimen and find you have more energy, more stamina, more vitality and more mental acuity than almost everyone around you. If you keep your red meat intake and no junk foods or sodas down, you will find that your body is not aging as fast as everyone else's. Do this forever.

Take vitamins. Vitality for Life has an excellent line of vitamins and they guarantee the absorbtion rate of at a minimum of 80% AND..... you can take them for 3 months and if you are not satisfied.....you get all of your money back.

In the meantime, keep yourself hydrated with lots of fruits and vegetables. Try to stay away from too much Gatorade or Powerade.

As mentioned above, drink lots of water. Two percent dehydration causes 90% energy loss!

Cold coffee is really helpful for giving you more energy.

Also, you can drink energy drinks. (I like one called Energy Fizz. [Sold at the Vitamin Shoppe] It is good for you, can be made in ice water if you want to stay cool, and tastes great in my opinion! It makes me very energetic!)
