Does anyone know how to put a picture over words on microsoft word?

I'm making a flyer and I want to put an BMW emblem sign in the middle but I need to be able to right over it, does anyone know how to do this? thanks so much!

Sounds like you are referring to a watermark.
Insert the picture
click on it to select it
you should see the picture toolbar
if you don't, right click on the picture and select picture toolbar
click the 'image control' button
click 'watermark'
