Just wondering what you get better results with dumbell bench press or barbell?? anybody benefit from one more than the other??

They both give excellent results-dumbbell bench press gives you a bigger range of motion than barbell bench press does.

For me they both serve a specific purpose. I like the dumbells for incline bench presses for working the upper chest. The dumbells give me more range of motion. I use the barbell for the standard bench press.

Both are very important. If you are looking for size and sculpting though, don't worry about the weight. Too mnay people involve their triceps and shoulders during the bench press, which keeps you from targeting the chests and tearing it down enough.
