that you can get into heaven by faith alone, then does that mean that Hitler, Osama, Saddam, Idi Amin, and others could get in, too?

If your answer is no, why not?

That's because many Christians are misguided. According to the Bible, you won't be granted access to Heaven by faith alone. You must try to live your life without sin as much as possible. Christians are taught that they can pray for forgiveness because *everyone* sins, it is the nature of Free Will.

By the way, the people that believe they'll be granted access to Heaven by faith alone mean faith in Jesus Christ as Messiah. Not just simply faith. :)

Well, If Hitler, Osama, Saddam, and Idi Amin asked for forgiveness on their deathbed.. they would be forgiven. Even though to some it may seem like they don't deserve it. Yet, as leaders they would be judged accordingly because God puts people in power and its their choice how to use the power. But yea, If they had faith in Jesus Christ, then yes. They would be in heaven.

None of these people were Christians. Hitler - atheist, Osama - radical Muslim, Saddam - pagan, Idi Amin - Catholic then he became a Muslim. God will be their final judge just as He will be yours and mine.

What Jesus did on the Cross can ForGive any Sin's or Number of Sin's. And, it is for EVERYBODY....

But, you have to Believe in Who Jesus Said HE Was to Partake of this Forgiveness.

My personal opinion is that saddam and Eventually osama will be in Hell, burning up Big Time---there are Degrees of Torment in Hell.
But, they coulda' have gotten Saved.
Jesus has that Much Love for Mankind.

But, you gotta Choose Jesus....

T^he Bible clearly states that we all must repent, be baptized by immersion (to get rid of our sins) in the name of Jesus Christ, and then we will receive the gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in an unknown language. This will give you the overcoming Spirit to get into heaven. Only overcomers are going to enter into Heaven!

It takes a lot more than faith alone to get into heaven. You have to truly repent of your sins.

Those who love him keep his commands.
Love God with all your heart.
Love your neighbor as yourself even if he hates you.

They also understand that by judging they are judged, and if they judge NO one they are beyond judgment.

They know that no organization, government or religion is holy. Nor is any physical thing holy be it statue, building or book.

They know the kingdom of God is in the heart and that God has written his "Word" on it. All testimony is good to hear but the one in your life is your life.

Anything beyond this is lie.

Be careful advocating this belief proves to some that you're in league with Satan, you know the same type that demanded Jesus to be executed.

You Can't get into Heaven on Faith alone, the works is the accepting Him, the believing in Him, the concience choice to believe in Him, the desire to do only good for Him. Your thoughts can be works as well.

If they had faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior, yes. Did they, do they? Not likely. They are or were too set in their evil ways to see beyond themselves. Beyond that, I know at least 2 of those are Muslim, so they couldn't believe in Jesus as the Messiah.
