The comment of the founding editor are weird.
"Sometimes we forget that God talks all the time to both the saved and unsaved. Science will not likely explore that aspect of brain activity, but this may be actual proof that second thoughts are something that comes from somewhere other than ourselves."
because the experiment clearly shows that this second thoughts comes from our own brain.

I think an electronic pulse in a brain synapses has nothing to do with "a little voice in my head" the only "scientific" proof is people have second thoughts about an action. This shows nothing proving a little voice, the author of this christian rag made that leap.

It is simply the awareness of being the OBSERVER of your thoughts, feelings and reactions. Stabilizing this state by transcending the little earthbound ego identity you've learned allows the rebirth of the authentic Christ Self.

So, what you are saying in that the "holy spirit" is just a region of our brain?
BTW the original article is at http://www.webmd.com/brain/news/20070821/second-thoughts-are-real?src=RSS_PUBLIC
quoting from the Aug. 22 issue of the Journal of Neuroscience. Much better than "breaking christian news"

I think it's a stretch to call that "God."
This is our last minute intuition center. It helps us make all those spur of the moment decisions without consciously thinking.

You do understand that it's not an actual voice right? That's why it's always in quotes. But way to try spin it to your needs. But most of us are just too dang smart for that.

Well it seems to be evidence that your sense of morals comes from your brain to me. Kinda makes god redundant.

You are so clever! Wow I am way impressed. You know, you should write you own book. Why let others steal all the fame and fortune? You could call it GULLIBLE'S TRAVELS
