No, you won't die. Yes, you will tone up. Take other vitamins also, just so you don't get malnurished. I take juice plus. It's rad.

I don't know what to say, I just think that it is so sad that people are so desperate to lose weight these days that they will do anything, regardless of how stupid it sounds. There is no secret to successful weight loss, healthy eating and exercise, it takes awhile, but the results last a lifetime. The weight will also stay off if you try to lose weight in a healthy manner. Sure, they have diet pills out now, even a new FDA approved one but you don't lose weight on them, all they do is increase your heart rate to very dangerous levels, causing you to lose one or two pounds, but it's not worth it.

I have been exercising and eating healthy for 4 whole months now, it has been a long journey but it has been so worthwhile because I learned so many things to help me along the way. The results I have seen took longer than 3 weeks to show, you're taking the easy and stupid way out.

To answer your question, no you won't die, and no you won't tone up. You will probably wind up in the hospital, where you will be force fed through an IV tube. I can't stop you from doing this, but before you try I will tell you that it is very dangerous.

Umm.. it depends what you put in the food when you blend it, obviously.

If you just drank slim-fast all week for three weeks, then no, you wouldn't die, but you would probably end up in the hospital.

No, you aren't going to tone up. I can tell you're just another teen who thinks starving herself will make her tone. You will become thin, which is NOT attractive. To tone up, start doing exercises with medicine balls and resisttance ropes. You need to work your muscles at HIGH repetitions to gain toned muscles.

If you go on a liquid diet, make sure you're grinding up healthy thins like veges and fruits. It's still a bad idea... and I think it's sad that you think it's more important to tone up instead of possible health risks.

Sorry, but there is no 'easy way out'. I've been working hard at a lifting thing for MONTHS and I'm JUST starting now to see my muscles becoming ripped and my abs showing and whatnot. If you think just going on a diet for three weeks will do this as well, you're nuts. Sorry.

No you probably will not die, and NO you will not tone up. You will get sick and probably have the poo's. There is a reason that there is that thing called the food triangle because you need to diversify your diet different foods have different vitamins that your body needs! If all you eat and drink for 3 weeks your body will be several deprived of a lot of vitamins.

You wouldn't die, but it's not very healthy and you could get sick.
Basically, you would be starving yourself of non-protein nutrients (including vitamins, most minerals, fiber, carbohydrates, etc, etc).

If you are trying to do this to gain muscle or benefit your muscles in any way, you're just shooting yourself in the foot.... starving yourself of any certain nutrients will force your body to actually pull that nutrition from wherever it can, whether that be your fat or your muscle. People that use starvation to lose weight very commonly lose muscle mass when they do it.

Also, if you are looking at this to lose weight, then I wanted to say that to a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing.
As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight... not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that

That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more

No, you may end up on dialysis becuse your kidneys may fail and you could end up with a whopping hospital bill and life threatening kidney failure like a patient of mine a year ago.
Dont do something so stupid unless you are under close medical supervision and have a physicians stamp of approval.
