And why did He sent them away from Eden when they ate the fruit? It was not their fault. The snake fooled them. They were like children.Easy to fool around. And WHY does the snake...a.k.a the devil was in Eden? Wasn't he not allowed there?

yeap....you can say that He let them eat the fruit.Because He sees everything. And He could have stopped them if He wanted to.

ok....let's say that they had free will and that was an act of disobedience. But why they didn't have to know the difference between good and evil?

ok.....let's assume that it's like you say.
Adam and Eve knew the difference between good and evil before the fruit incidence.
But why is the devil in Eden? How can God let him stay there?

OK I looked at your other question and I will try to answer it so you may understand.

God is perfect and all knowing. Now he made perfect beings that being Adam and Eve. They were perfect however they were as little children not knowing good from evil or any other thing like pain or sadness. Now with out knowing pain they could never know happiness, they would never be able to know true love without going through a trial. God's plan was to let them fall so they (we) could learn, then after the fall he needed a way for them (us) to be able to return to that perfect state. That is why Jesus came. He took upon himself all sin if we just let him take our sin upon himself. However with his death and resurrection he alone has overcome death and we will be able during judgment to also be resurrected. With out the fall there could be no true happiness as we would never could have understood with out the experance. God is trying to give us experiences on earth so that we may be able to share in his happiness and glory with understanding. But in order for him to bring us to his level he must let us choose if we want to have all he has. Think not that this life is the only place we grow, but we will be able to grow and learn even after our body's are back to the dust of this earth. The spirit world will also be full of learning opportunity's. But just as there are ways for us to except his invatation there are as many ways for us to lose our soul and spend eternity knowing we could have done better.

God knew from the beginning they would commit sin against Him, you do error in thinking it was not their fault, for they were only instructed not to eat of the ONE tree, they could have all the others, except the one, and even this they could not obey, and they did sin against God by doing something contrary to Him. Yes God knew they would sin, He allowed satan to be there. It was never God's intention for man to live in the Garden forever and ever, if this were so, He merely had to remove the tree they were forbidden to eat.
The purpose Adam and Eve were put into the Garden of Eden to begin with, is so that Adam and Eve both would know what Heaven would be like, and when they were kicked out of that Heaven, onto the miserable earth, they then were able to quite accurately describe how great Heaven is, and how a mere sin cast them out of it, therefore they were able to teach their kids this lesson, and the seriousness of sin and the consequence of them.
But it was never Gods intention for them to dwell in the Garden forever, Know you not that even when God created Adam that He knew He would be sending His Son to the Earth in 4000 years after He creates Adam. Let US make man in OUR own image. US and OUR being the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

1Jn:5:7: For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

In His Holy and Precious Name, Jesus Christ

Ah! Interesting questions.

Here it is in a nut shell. BEFORE Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit (a fruit which emparted the knowledge of the difference between good and evil, not an apple) they new only good. They were created in God's image. However, God did not want robots, who only knew to do as they were told. He gave man FREE-WILL and the ability to choose. (God is PRO-CHOICE). With this, he gave them 1 rule. Only 1. Do not eat of this tree. Now, had Adam and Eve chose to obey this 1 simple rule, they still would have learned the difference between right and wrong, only through OBEDIENCE instead of DISOBEDIENCE. Things would have turned out TOTALLY different then.

as for the serpent, there HAD to be a temptation for them to chose to disobey God, otherwise, they would have never been put into the position of MAKING THEIR OWN CHOICE. That would not have been fair. God litterally gave them the world; gave them one rule; gave them the ability to make their own choice; told them what would happen if they chose poorly; and made it possible for them to be tempted to test their trust in what God had told them.

1 rule, and they blew it.

The question is what kind of knowledge of good and evil did God not want Adam and Eve to have (please excuse the convoluted sentence =OP ), because not all knowledge is of the same sort. For example, I suffer from migraines and let's say I have a friend (and let's say he's male, for the sake of convenience) who doesn't. I can explain to my friend somewhat what it's like to get a migraine, but his knowledge of what a migraine attack is like is always going to be secondhand and never going to fully equal my experiential knowledge. Furthermore, let's say I go to a doctor (let's make her female for the sake of convenience) who, like my friend, doesn't get migraines, either, although she's become very good at treating them. Without a great deal of further study on my part, she'll have a greater medical knowledge of migraines than I could ever hope to have, although I far surpass her in the aforementioned experiential knowledge.
Applying this to Adam and Eve, it's obvious they had secondhand knowledge of good and evil, for God had explained to them that if they should eat from "the Tree", they would die. But since they hadn't sinned, they therefore didn't have any experiential knowledge of good and evil.
As for how easy it was to fool them and them being like children, the bible doesn't say one way or the other, so I (and probably thousands, if not millions of biblical scholars) would like to know where you obtained this knowledge.
As for satan, his presence or non-presence there shouldn't have mattered. All Adam and Eve would had to do is call out to God, tell that that pesky snake was bothering them again, and ask Him for His protection, and He would have done it.

The devil was trespassing. He was breaking the law!! Who would of thought. Adam had the authority to take control of the situation and cast the devil from the face of the earth for good. He didn't, so mankind chose to live apart from the presence of God, by being disobediant. That is why they were cast from the garden. We have to take responsibility for our actions.

He sent them away because he disobeyed them. It was a punishment for what they did. He gave them explicit instructions to NOT eat from One tree in the garden. The rest was theirs. And the snake lured Eve into disobeying God. Therefore when they got cast out of the Garden, it was God's way of punishing them.

He DID let them know the difference. He clearly told them that disobeying them/ eating of fruit that He had forbidden them to eat, was "evil" and the consequence was death.

What they sought was to make up their own mind what was good and what was evil. They wanted to be the judge of that and not have God make the rules.

All people since that time JUDGE each other according to what they think instead of what God says.

They were warned not to eat the fruit from that tree. They were like children, that's true, but they were punished for being disobeying God's command. I'm a Muslim, but the story in the Qur'an is basically the same as in the Bible, I think just a little less detail. For you atheists that have posted on here talking trash about religion and people who believe in God or something else, I respect your opinion, so please respect people's beliefs, and don't try to act like you are intellectually superior to someone who believes in a higher power. It's rude, and makes you seem like a real jackass.

This is a good question, why wouldn't God take the time, all of eternity if necessary, to school A & E about good and evil. No that wouldn't work. Teaching them would expose them to the knowledge that he forbid them acess to.

God had to know that the serpent would tempt these innocent creatures. They lacked the knowledge of good and evil so how could they know any better.

You can drive yourself completely insane trying to make sense of it all.

I don't suppose there is a logical answer to something so illogical.

But your question got me to thinking; If Adam and Eve had no knowledge of good and evil and if they were kept in a place where they needn't do anything for their livelihood, then weren't they the equivalent of god's pets?
