You should check out the Maynard Rod and Gun club up route 20. We used to have family reunions there, it is very pretty. They have a covered picnic area and a pond that would be pretty for pictures. Although I haven't seen it in several years but it's a thought.
There are some beautiful historic sites in Sudbury and Concord up the same way. Like the Wayside Inn.
Oh and there are several historic estates in Waltham, the Gore estate is one, the grounds are expansive and it is very picturesque.

www.thetirrellroom.com its really pretty but you have to use there caterer! Also if you want to send me an email i have a bunch of places I looked at! Most of the country clubs you have to use there caterer! What month are you getting married??
