Ok, go to your nearest Clinique store, they have a acne bar, it's a nice light green bar for the face but you can use it on your parts that has acne (body acne). I notice that works wonders. YOU have to use it consecutively, because if you use it once in a while then it's NOT productive. I experienced w/it. So that's it.
Clinique store (Macy's usually have Clinque) One down fall the bar cost's about $14.00 give or take... Hope it works. I know each person is different and different things works on different people. Oh, I forgot there is also SALT. Wet your areas that have acne and rub salt on them and/or get your finger wet and dab your finger in the salt and apply your finger directly on the acne area or if you can't reach the area have someone else help you. You do this morning and night for about 3 to 7 days or so and you can see an improvement. Again it varies on how your body will take certain products so hang in there.

Glad you're in school and not waiting tables for a career. As to body acne, I've never had to deal with something like that. Rarely even had a zit. See a dermatologist.

If you are looking for a natural and inexpensive solution, wiping your body acne with Witch Hazel works. It's like $1 for a large bottle at drug stores. Plus drink lots of water.

Oh yes...the dreaded body acne...
I suggest you use an antibacterial soap when you shower. Antibacterial soaps tend to dry out the acne, so use it at least once a day, and in a month or so you should be clear and acne free!!!

Oddly enough, my roommate found that when he went swimming in his mom's pool, his body acne went away completely. It must be the chlorine. He has used plenty of antibacterial soap and astringent and those don't work.

I used to have that, but the only thing that helped me was growing out of it. Sorry.

Good to see you around again! Take care.
