You can see dark dots (it's underneath my skin in that area) where the hair grows out and it's very unattractive and bumpy. Any suggestions on products that really work?

I had that problem before I started actually waxing instead of just shaving. It hurts at first but it's not so bad after a couple of times, then it's not a huge deal. Also they make this cream called Bikini Zone that has a pain-reliever in it for afterwards, if you shave or wax it really helps with redness & swelling so the bumps aren't as noticeable.

I would put warm compresses on them and also you might need to try to wax instead. I used to shave and get these bumps quite often so now I wax. The first time I waxed got it done by a professional and now I bought the stuff to keep it up myself. It is actually alot better and no more bumps. Good luck.

Don't shave their anymore. You're really not supposed to. Just go to the store and buy a Waxer for 'down there'. Its better to wax it than shave it, because the razorblazes makes the skin irritated.

Waxing is your best bet, and the warm towel, when you shave there are tiny cuts you give yourself, and bacteria can get into your pores and give you a type of rash, or razor burn. stop shaving waxing is a hell of a lot easier and your hair wont grow back so fast, also you wont get ingrown hair.....

I would just put a hot towel over them for a little while, that works for me.
