hi i have a sister that is so ANNOYING AND STUPORN !!!! she takes my phones and never puts it back she makes a mess in my room she cares more of u boyfriend than her family shes on the phone 24\7 she takes stuff without asking and she waists all my minutes on my cell phone!!!! because she cant afford to buy her own minutes and at fact she FREAKIN 17 !!!!!!!!! WHAT DO I DO GUYS !!!!

Welcome to life on Earth. Hang in there; soon enough she'll be out of the house, and then you'll be out of the house and living your own lives. In the meantime, hide your phone so she can't use it, ask your Mom what you can do about the messes in your room, and don't worry about her phone habits and wild boyfriend passions. That's for your parents to deal with (if they can - mine couldn't with any of my 3 sisters..).
As for annoying and stubborn? Yeah, girls (and women) are like that. But they make up for it by being adorable, wonderful, cuddly and really, really nice to be around, as you're going to be finding out soon enough if you haven't already.

First off don't leave your cell phone lying around where she can get access to it. Your cell phone is your responsibility. As far as her being into her boyfriend and on the phone 24/7 find something you can get involved in so that you do not worry about what she is doing.
