Ask him if he likes sports or video games.
If he does ask him to show you how to play them...it'll be a good excuse for you two to get together and do something he's interested in. So by doing that he'll make you feel more comfortable for you to eventually tell him that you like him...

i used to liek this boy and i would tlak to him on AIM always to afraid to talk in person...i liked for a few months...and it got to the point where if he liked soemthing i would have pretend to like it to...if he hated something and though it was gay i pretended to think think the same thing. Ever since i was about 5 i have played soccer and was really and had so much passino for it...but then i heard my crush thought soccer was gay so i stopped trying in soccer and i pretended to hate it..i attmepted to quit so many tiems but my dad was liek no hunny u love it and ur wicked good im not letting quit...and today im proud my dad did that because i do love soccer. I also thought the guy i lied was soemone else...i thought if we were dating he would always be there for me but even as much as it hurt i knew he wasnt that guy he was a jerk...welll actually he wasnt a jerk but then all he does is listen to his friends...one of his friends basically hates me and told him all these stories of how im a lesbian with 2 bestest friends and crap and he believed it..and when i heard that i realized what a fool i ahd been...first i relaized that i neeeded to stop pretending to be this person i wasnt and then i needed to realized my crush wasnt the person i was and that i can;t like him...and then i found my passion for soccer again...and i personally never want that to happen again...so my advice it to talk this boy over aim or go up to him and say hi..but jsut remeber this boy could be a total jerk or a total gentlemen...but you deserve to be treated like a princess frm him..and if he doesnt like u..his loss...and always remeber boys are for alittle while while fami9ly and friends last forever

ummmmmm your only thirteen. concentrate on school.
but if you really like him, try talking to him. become friends with him. then once thats that, tell him how you feel.
