You should just stop using so many chemicals on your face.

If you really want to use something, use the Tea Tree Oil Face Wash from The Body Shop. It's only $8 and it works really well, especially for oily acne skin.

Instead of chemicals, try making some organic, homemade facial recipes. They don't have any harsh, unknown ingredients, and they work really well. Here are some recipes that have been tried and tested, and they have passed my test:

Lemon and Yoghurt Facial Cleanser:

Mix 1 tbsp lemon juice with 2 tsp plain yoghurt. Apply on face, leave it for 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

Honey Facial Cleanser:

Prepare a mixture of 1 tsp of honey, 2 tsp of lemon juice and
1 tsp of yellow sugar. Apply with circular motions, leave on for
5 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water and you're done.

Acne mask: Mix 5 or 6 aspirin with enough water to form a paste. Add a few drops of honey and apply to your face. Wait 10 minutes, and then wash it off.

Moisturizing mask: Apply straight honey to your face. Leave on for 15 minutes, then wash off.

This one is very easy: mix cocoa powder and whole milk together in a bowl. Mix it very well, with a fork or whisk. Put it on your face for about 20 minutes, or until it dries, then wash it off. It's like a clay mask.

1. Mix 2 tablespoons honey and 2 tablespoons milk in a bowl and stir until it gets creamy.

2. Heat it in the microwave for about 10 seconds, until it is warm but not hot.

3. Put it on all over your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. It will feel a little sticky.

4. Rinse with warm water.

5. Rub some fresh lemon juice on the skin. Leave it on for 2-3 minutes and rinse with cool water.

OR

1. Apply egg whites to your skin. Egg whites are natural astringents. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

OR

1. Mix 2 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon flour, and 2-3 drops of lemon juice in a bowl and mix.

2. Apply it to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes.

do love Oats in mask,

Lemon is a good astringant- you can include that helps *brighten* skin.

Sea salt as a scrub can absorb oil- which can also exfoliate and help even skin appearance.

Honey is 'ok' to bond the ingredients, you can use milk if you don't have honey.

1] try face wash, toner, sunscreen, and moisturizer for sensitive skin.
2] use Aapri or St Ives apricot scrub for sensitive skin, every day at first [ initially skin will look worse, then new layers will be revealed of fresh, clear skin ]
3] use an acne cream or gel for any spots
4] keep hair and hands off face
5] avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
6] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
7] take a multivitamin with minerals every day
8] keep baby wipes or acne pads in PE locker to clean face after workout

your skin probably doesn't work well with the chemicals in acne medications.
you should stick to the cleanser, over time the acne will clear up.

This is my favourite honey facial mask recipe!! It works incredibly well :d

Raw honey works wonders because not only is it natural, but it has anti-bacterial properties that works just as great and probably better than any lab-made cream in the market. I Highly recommend honey facial masks.

Is this weird or what?..To use or not to use?......?

Use what works. It's pretty simple. The acne stuff isn't working probably because you don't really have acne. Just remember KISS--Keep It Simple Stupid. (And don't get defensive...I'm not calling you stupid...that's just what KISS stands for).

A plain baking soda and water mask is by far the best you can do for acne prone skin. Mix a water and baking soda in a cup until the consistancy of a thinner paste. Pat on face (do not rub) and let sit till it hardens then rinse off. This has done miracles for my sensitive acne prone skin!! Plus it's all natural! Sometimes I add a few drops of tea tree oil too. Once or twice a week is plenty for this treatment.

Toothpaste

Apply a dab of toothpaste on your pimple before bed. This is useful for new pimples, especially big ones. Whenever I spot a new pimple, I try this. Usually the next morning, it will be dried out enough to pop on its own.

Lemon juice is effective in lightening the dark spots left by acne and pimples.

First, cleanse the scarred area with water. Soak up a teaspoon of lemon juice with a cotton ball and smooth it over the marks. Leave the juice in place for ten minutes, then rinse.

Be careful how often you use lemon juice: it can have the side effect of making your skin light sensitive. Make sure to cover treated areas with sunscreen before going outdoors.

The best treatment is prevention. You should try to prevent acne from ever forming. Below are some ways to reign in the red bumps:

1. Include green, leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Drink a lot of water to to regularly to flush out toxins, and don't forget to drink a glass before breakfast to flush out the stomach. Avoid deep-fried snacks.

2. Try to have at least one bowel movement per day.

3. Get to bed before 11pm. You have to give your body enough rest time or it won't heal. Don't snack before bed

4. Don't use a computer any longer than you need to, and keep your phone a distance from your bed. Theradiation both put out can have noticeable effects on your skin.

5. Change your bedsheets and pillow covers often. Those areas are like magnets for dead cells, dander, mites and dust - all of which can cause an acne breakut. Some skin experts even recommend changing pillow cases daily.

6. Resist the urge to pop your pimples. It can cause even more damage to the skin and worsen scarring. Resist the temptation!

7. If you get acne on your body, try not to wear tight clothes that will prevent your skin from breathing. You may want to avoid scarves, headbands and caps which can also collect dirt and oil.

Just use the one that works and forget about the other one. if it isn`t doing you any good...why have it??? It is probably just the type of skin that you have or maybe it is the way the product works on your skin.
