There's lots of excercises--I will try to explain some of them the best that I can--it's hard without pictures :(

Well the first one, I actually got from Carmen Electra's video workout. It's on all the videos, in the stretching part.
Basically, what you do, is stand with your feet a bit wider than shoulder length apart, toes facing outward on both sides. Bend at the knees until you are in a sitting down position (basically, your knees are at a 90 degree angle from the ground, and there is a straight line from one knee, all the way through your butt/hips area, over to the other knee). Place your right hand on your right thigh, and your left hand on your left thigh for balance. Now lean in to the right with your left arm, your shoulder leads the way as you lean to the right, and your hand pushes down on your left thigh for balance (your left shoulder should be about even with your chin), now straighten up, and lean in with your right shoulder. Hold each "lean" for about 5 counts. I usually do about 10 reps at a time--a rep counts as one lean on each side. Its a great stretch for your inner thighs. I hope I explained it in a way that you can understand it--if worse comes to worse and I dont make any sense, you can check out the Carmen Electra DVD (I have the lap dance and hip hop DVD--it's on the 3rd track during the stretch)

Other people have already said squats and lunges, I believe, and those are both really good for your inner thighs
(in a lunge, to specifically target your inner thigh, make sure the foot that you lunge from--the back foot--is turned to the side instead of the same direction as your front foot. You'll feel the stretch in your inner thigh alot more)

Another thing, if you are willing to spend some money (I wouldn't bother telling you this if it wasn't worthwhile) is the Leslie Sansone workout videos. I've used the 1, 2 and 3 mile walk at home workout videos, and they're amazing for your legs--I've gotten soo many compliments on my thighs after using them for just about a month! She has a whole series, but the ones that I have found to work very well, are the workouts involving the "stretchy band"--if you research it you'll know what I'm talking about. I'm sure if you google Leslie Sansone you can find it..or even on ebay possibly. It's a set of 3 video tapes, and they seem dumb when you first start using them :-P, but they really do work wonders.

I hope this helps a little bit--I've found so many different excercises for inner thighs that I can't really remember them all. One tip to remember though--if you look through "Cosmopolitan" or "Self" magazines, they always have workouts targeting certain areas of your body. Go to the library and find all the back issues, I'm sure you'll find something that will work for you. Most people think the work outs are just bogus, but they have helped me tremendously.

Ok anyways I've been typing for about 20 minutes haha, I hope this helps and that you can understand it. If you have questions, feel free to e-mail me!

Take care,
Beth

If you're trying to reduce them, squats and lunges are supposed to work. My problem is, I'd like to make mine bigger, but I never see any exercises for that. Most women complain about their big thighs, but mine are too skinny, so I don't look good in shorts or bathing suits. Everyone says, "Oh, I wish I had thin thighs like yours", and I hate them. Go figure!!!

If you can do them, do squats and lunges. They are the best exercises for lower body. Just make sure you do them properly or else you'll be in more trouble than when you started. Consult a certified trainer in your local gym.

Get a pair of skates, they are great for toning up your legs period, and just plain fun :)
