My daughter is very unhappy with me. She has just come to live with me after living with her Dad. She constantly compares me to her Dad who is more communicative and fun-loving.

She feels "stuck" with me and very caged in.

How can I alleviate this feelings. She is 15 and in her Junior year in high school. This year is critical for her.

All 15 year old girls are this way. I am a mother of 18 year old, she moved out with her boy friend a week after turn 18. It is just the time they turn into little bi*ches, and know everything. My daughter has gotten better since she moved. She realises that life is hard out there. She'll come around you just have to hang in and weather the storm out before you see the sun. Good Luck to you both. Try doing some fun stuff with her.
