If the moral thing is what The Bible tells us to do. Then yes it is all always the right thing to do.

Usually. I can't think of a time when it wouldn't be. However, there are often many moral choices and one is not always equally beneficial to others. Sometimes the moral choice we make may not be the best moral choice we could have made.

Life's too complicated for a simple answer, so let's try a parable.

You're a Christian hiding a Jew from the Nazis (a Hutu in Rwanda sheltering a Tutsi from murderers, etc) and someone asks if you know where so and so is.

Tell the truth and they die. Lie and you're being "immoral."

The answer is that we try always to be moral according to society's standards, but when those standards fail to match the basic rule of protecting life, what's immoral (i.e. - lying) may in a given circumstance be the only way to behave.

So, dear friend, BEWARE OF ABSOLUTIST ANSWERS. Good luck.

Depends on what system of morality you subscribe to and what the "right thing" is. Granted, in many cases they should be one in the same.

But consider: Your grandma is a terrible cook and will never get better (she's old and well on her way out), your morals forbid lying even little white lies - do you tell her that you don't like her cooking, avoid the question, or thank her when she offers you food? What is the right or moral thing to do?

That depends on what morals you are referring to. If you're referring to someone else's morals, then no, it's not always the right thing to do, to the extent it conflicts with your own morals.

Moral standards are subjective. If the moral thing to do is to harm someone in your mind, then no. But by most people's standards, the moral thing is the right thing to do. I think you should have been more specific here.

you have to define "MORALITY" morality means adhering to a code of conduct. My moral standards are based on what God teaches us from the Bible, he's the one who makes the rules. Notice everything he does is to prevent harm to others.

Remember WE NEED HIM HE DOESN'T NEED US but ;he wants us to be saved (from death)

Now the world rationalizes their conduct, but doing so in violation of Gods is wrong

(Proverbs 14:12) 12 There exists a way that is upright before a man, but the ways of death are the end of it afterward.

for instance today people think consensual sex is ok . God considers it fornication & it can harm others via single parent familys or VD etc. Just because you think that its ok doesn't mean its OK with God.

He will have to destroy you for that sin (1 Corinthians 6:9-11) . . . What! Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, 10 nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God’s kingdom. 11 And yet that is what some of YOU were. . .

(Hebrews 10:26) 26 For if we practice sin willfully after having received the accurate knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice for sins left. . .

these are not MY thoughts but God's, he also forbids murder, theivery , lieing , etc.

NO "YEAH BUT I THINK" he doesn't bend the rules

Depends on the morality you are using as a standard.

Absolutely not! Example: It would be moral to let most teens learn by fighting through most of heir young teens emotions. But the right thing to do would be to sit them down and let them talk it out and help them that way.

Not always.I've lied to people about their looks to make them feel better. It wasn't moral but it was right. More right than saying they were ugly!
