I've asked myself that question every time I come here. Apparently, the true christians are the ones that totally agree with one another. It seems strange they all have the same god.

When someone states that they are "Christian", that simply means they are a follower and believer in Christ as the son of God. It does not denote a sect of "christianity". one need not be affiliated with a particular sect to be a Christian.
as for those arguing particular sects, of the seven churches, all but two were NOT up to par. philidelphia and smyrna. does this make them wrong, no. it just means they are religions run and made by men, therefore subject to the mistakes of men.
are there any? YES. Who decides? You decide for yourself. it is free will, a God given gift, to decide if You will be a Christian or not.

Every group of Christians believes they are the true Christians. God decides. And yes, they exist.

"True Christians" on a personal level is difficult to define without being judgmental. But the "True Christian Church" is easy to identify. It is the Church that traces its history in an unbroken line directly back to the Apostles and Christ Himself. No church but the Catholic Church can make such a claim.

the true christians are those who believe that christ died for them on the cross. as for who decides, there are supposed to be theologians who make thses kinds of decisions for us lowly creatures. the only way we are going to know who and what is true is when we die and go to meet our maker,GOD. by then it is probably to late.

By their fruits, ye shall know them.
Jesus did not start the Catholic Church, disciples did that in the fourth century.
