We Pentecostals believe in the power of the Holy Ghost. It comes from the experience that the Apostles and those with them had in the upper room in Jerusalem on the day of Pentecost when they were "all filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.", hence the name Pentecostals.
We believe that God pours out His Spirit the same today as back then. You see, the gift of the Holy Ghost is a promise (Acts 2:37-39) that is still for us today (...and to those who are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call). According to Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same today as He was back then.
We believe that when someone is filled, or has received (used interchangeably) the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit) that person will speak in another language that is not known to him/her as a sign that they are filled (see Acts 2, 10:43-48, 19:1-6, James 3:1-8, Isaiah 28:9-12, John 3:3-8). The initial infilling of the Holy Ghost is not to be confused with the gift of tongues or with the tongues that is spoken in prayer/worship. That is a subject for another time as it is too much to try an address here and now in this forum. Send me an email and I will be happy to discuss things with you further.
We also believe in the gifts of the Holy Ghost, like prophesy, healing, word of knowledge, word of wisdom, miracles, etc. Yes, those things really do happen today.
We believe in worshiping God with free expression. We will sing and clap our hands, cheer and jump up and down, lift and waive our hands in the air, and other such things. Have you ever watched how people worship their football teams at the stadium? God is much greater and is deserving of much greater praise and adoration!
We also believe that, along with repentance and water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins (that is a whole Bible study in itself), being filled with the Holy Ghost is the Biblical way of salvation (John 3:3-8, Acts 2:37-38, Romans ch 6 and 8, etc. - ask me).
I hope this begins to answer your question. What we believe is all in the Bible.

Some Pentecostal are "Oneness", believing that Jesus is the incarnation of the one person of God ;so they reject the Trinity.
Most Pentecostals are Trinitarian Christians and take the Bible seriously as rule of faith and life.
Most Pentecostals( whether of Holiness or other origins) believe the Arminian Protestant basics(but some believe in Once saved Always Saved). Most Pentecostals believe in Believers Baptism, regeneration through accepting Christ and in the "Second Blessing:" of Baptism in the Spirit
Pentecostals believe that the charismatic Gifts of the Spirit shown in Acts and 1Cor( like tongues, interpetation, prophecy, healings, etc) are poured out on the Church today
Pentecostal denominations are a variety of church structures.
There are also "Neo Pentecostal" or Charismatic groups in mainline Catholic and many Protestant Churches

Most Pentecostal churches believe in the the Virgin birth, Christ's death and bodily resurrection. A fallen world due to sin. The Attonement. A Judgement when you die. Salvation through faith in Christ as Savior. They believe that you can lose your Salvation which is heresy. They also believe in talking in this demonic language and calling it the gift of the Spirit. That's most Pentecostal churches. I wouldn't go to one only unless they changed their beliefs on the last two things I listed.

Traditionally, pentecostals were distinguished by the belief that speaking in tongues was "the" sign of being baptized in the Holy Spirit.
