Where do these bombs and explosives come from?

I mean to say that from where suicide attackers are getting bombs and explosives? Are we not able to cut off their supply lines.

There is a sufficient left over stock which has gone to the hands of these terrorist and they also make it from every day items. The chances of inflow from neighboring countries can not be ruled out. It is a porous border and can not be sealed inch by inch.

That is why they are called Improvised Explosive Devices. There are not factories where the terrorists are getting their bombs built, they are making them.

It's not like there is a shop called "the black market" where they go and buy guns and bombs.
