it is fine to not know what you want tob e in high school. Even freshmen and sophomores in college don't always know, that's why you don't have to declare a major until junior year. No worries.

I didn't know what I wanted to do in highschool, well that's not entirely true I wanted to do LOTS of things I just didn't know what. I had it narrowed down to an engineer, artist, or join the millitary, maybe a chef, or a designer...
Anyways - Just take courses you enjoy, and things that your good at. If you graduate from high school and still don't know what you want to do spend a few years working and save as much as you can.
I took 2 years off after high school and then decided I wanted to be an animator. The money I saved helped me get started and now I'm going into my 3rd year at college.
Everybody figures things out at different times, Unless your family is putting alot of pressure on you to go to college or university right out of highschool there's really no need to.

Good luck figuring out what you want to do.

No, it is not bad, it is normal. Most students change their majors while they go through college studies. I started in Political Science as a prelegal course. After one semester, I changed to comparative literature. After two years, I changed to zoology and that is where I graduated. I eventually came back to law and gained my J.D. a decade later. There are many things that might interest you. Pick the one you like best and go for it. If you change your mind later, that is okay, too.
