I have a co-worker who claims to be Christian yet judges everyone at work to the point of embarrassing them and pointing out when their wrong.

When dealing with a person like that, I am saddened that they are still suffering from ignorance. The depth of God's Word is deep and spiritual disciplines require comittment, personal effort and desire. Though they only put us at a place where we are more likely/able to listen and learn, it is through them that knowledge of God is turned into genuine experiential knowledge and understanding. Without such depth, it is easy for people to point out what is right or wrong in others (relying on their own understanding instead of divine wisdom which should reflect the fruits of the Spirit). Depending on your level of faith/concern, you may want to have a private discussion about your observation with your co-worker... in a loving way. I believe people are born generally good; however they are also born selfish due to lack of context knowledge and maturity. Some mature to the point where they can embrace Christianity, others never grow "old" enough to see why self-centeredness should be abandoned. In most cases by the time we are old enough to make our own choices (reach maturity to the point of making a spiritual comittment), even those that are genuine about being Christian have to use spiritual disciplines to overcome and unlearn the negative lessons deposited in their hearts from the past. So for your co-worker, its a battle and it looks like he/she is still in need of maturity and refinement. Perhaps you can help...

Blessings,

That person is sinning and if you love them as a Christian should, you need to explain that to him. The Bible is pretty clear on that point.

By not doing the same they do, do not judge them, simply teach them the right way and then leave it to God in your prayings.

you don't really have to deal with the religion part of it, cuz who are u to judge them, but you can deal with the embaresing part by telling them about it.

Normally, I ignore them. In cases like what you have... I usually say "Did Jesus die and leave you in charge?"

I "BE" who I am and I let others "BE" who they are.
