You can actually OD on water, but you would have to really really want to.

If you are doing a lot of physical activity, then it is important to get plenty of water - especially if it is hot.

It helps clean out your system.

Cons: drinking too much water can kill you

Don't drink water beyond the point where it starts to feel uncomfortable.

Drinking too much water is actually bad for you. It can cause excess urination (inconvenient, but not bad for you), water intoxication (which resembles being drunk) and electrolyte imbalance (which can be fatal if untreated)
