I'm going blind on my right eye recently and saw my eye doctor yesterday. He told me that my weak bladder is connected to my lost of eye sight. Is this true?

There are some systemic (whole body) diseases that involve connective tissue throughout the body. Often auto immune in nature, connective tissues thoughout the body may become inflammed or degenerate. You may have one of these disorders which is affecting the connective tissue of your eye (sclera, iris, parts of retina) and also the connective tissue in your urinary tract.

Ask your doctor to explain what he meant by the comment and what disease you have.

It's not true. I think what the doctor was saying is that you are having common type aging issues with the eyes losing sight and the weak bladder at the same time. Unfortunately, that's due to age.
Once we reach 40 years old, it's sometimes all down hill from there!

I doubt it's literal, but he probably means the degenerating of your bladder kind of is coinciding with the degenerating of your eyes. So it's probably just that these 2 things are happening simultaneously--not that your eyes are connected to your bladder.
