You would enlist as an E-3.

1 or 2 years of JROTC gives you E-2
2 or 3 years of JROTC gives you E-3

In the US Army.

It doesn't matter what branch of JROTC you were in.

You would actually become a private first class. I was in Air Force JROTC and Army JROTC during high school and when I enlisted into the Air Force I started as an Airman First Class. The branch doesnt mean anything, it is the actual military training. Make sure you show your certificate to your recruiter or you will not get credit for anything.

The two have nothing to do with one another. It is unlikely that the army would award you a higher rank because of JROTC experience.

I was in MCJROTC, but it made no difference whatsoever when I actually joined the Marine Corps.
