The Green Apple Nasties.
Supposedly too many green apples have the tendency to give you the shits, which in turn will give you the Green Apple Quick Step as you try to run to the bog without shitting yourself.
But yeah, the squits or the shits are still the best.

My girlfriend told me a hilarious story about a kid at her school who gave the teacher a note from her Mum after a day's absence. Her Mum had tried to spell diarrhoea a few times, crossed them out and decided "the shits" was a better description of her symptoms!
