I always wanted myself to be clean. It's like germ phobia. Moreover, i want every of my belonging to be clean and neat. I put most of my mind and time onto these useless habit, I know that, but i can't get rid of that. It makes me feel inferior to other people. As a result, it make me reluctant to socialize with ppl.
i have already seen psychologist. and it doesn't help much. Anyone have suggestion pls... like alternative therapy or maybe ppl who have these symptom before and have overcomed it. Pls give me any advice..

take a minute each day to sit down calmly and think about your issue and you will find a way to overcome it

I was diagnosed with ocd after my aunt died when I was 13...I'm turning 20 in less than two months and basically show zero signs of it. I hate to say it, but the thing that helped me the most was zoloft and talking to other people about it. Good luck.

I'm surprised your psychologist didn't suggest that you try an anti-depressant, as they do help in many cases. I think I may also be OCD ... but it's just not as pronounced as yours is. Go see your family doctor and ask if an anti-depressant might help you .. it's worth a try. Wishin' you well ... :)

daily use of the herbs kava and maybe s.johns wart can help.also ask about morphine therapy it can help severe cases really google it!!!!!!!!lol
