i just want to know the fastest or average time a person can get a flat stomach and a small thigh quickly without GAINING MUSCLE. When i said quickly i dont mean tooo fast with extra skin and losing only water weight!

Right now i am on a low calorie diet and i walk briskly almost everyday. The thing is i didnt even lose a pound for the past week. i stayed average and i think im gaining weight.
Im 15 5'5 and i weigh 130. I believe im gaining because of muscle but i dont want any muscle. (they dont look very attractive) And i think my thigh look bigger than last week. Help please?

Well you are probably gaining weight because you are doing exercise. But the exercise you are doing is cardio so gaining muscle is not likely. To gain muscle you need to weight train. What is causing you to gain weight is your body is holding water. That is what usually happens when you first start taking up exercise. So don't worry about that. To get rid of some of that water weight drink lots of water. Say about two or three 16 oz. bottles a day. Not all at once just through out the day and cut back on your salt intake. Don't cut out salt completely seeing your body needs salt to function properly. But, don't worry about the water weight. It happens to everyone especially in the summer time seeing it is so hot and humid and it happens to people when they first start working out. Go by how you feel and how your clothes fit more than what you weigh. Weight is a funny thing and it can vary a number of pounds everyday. It all depends on when you weigh yourself and what you have eatten all day or how much exercise you have done or when you have gone to the washroom etc. The best time to weigh yourself is the first thing in the morning after you go to the bathroom with light clothes or with no clothes. That way you will get an accurate reading everyday. But, like I said don't alway go by what you weigh go by how you look and feel. I hope this helps and take care.

Try isometric exercises for the abdomen (and back too!), and do many repetitions of light weight abdominal exercises using the nautilus equipment at the gym or "half-crunches" at home (or both!), and the same for thighs... the key is many repetitions of the same light-weight exercise to avoid bulking up the muscles. Larger weights will bulk. Eat a well balanced diet that is high in protein, and low in fat. Drink fluids often and try to incorporate approx. 64 oz. of fluid into your day (water, non-carbonated, low calorie beverages like crystal light, and herbal teas are best).
