To me rice is rice. I get the generic stuff from Save-A-Lot, or the store brand. Whatever is cheaper. I prefer the minute rice as opposed to regular. I also really like Uncle Ben's Country Inn rice boxes. They are quick and tasty. Although I wish they were on sale more often, which is pretty much never right now.

I buy at least 5 lbs at a time. If I can find 20 lb bags I usually buy them. I like long grain rice. A 5 lb bag is a few of dollars. I live in Louisiana and we usually have rice at every meal. Good luck. 2D

Well Goya is the best rice and bean producer in the market. prices can range from 1.50 to 3.00 depending on size and supermarket.

I just get my rice from the local food pantry. I just take whatever they give me. My pet pigeons love rice!
