would you be better than God (pick any god)? or would you have everybody succumb to your evil and twisted will? would you love and be just? Or if anything (small or large) went wrong you would give up and start all over again? Why? How? please tell me how and why you would be better that God????

so you honestly wouldn't want to be worshiped in anyway? you, being so holy that it can kill someone if they even caught a glimps of you, would let your creation see you? surly you would create sometype of "havoc"? how would you be god if you didn't?

I'd treat my pet people as I would treat a pet snake--I'd let them do whatever they wanted to do, as long as they didn't interfere with my video games.

If I was god with a lot of power, intelligence like any other ever had. I would have done world so perfect that there would be no problems at all, no disaster, no cancer, no murder, no looser, no death, no war, no anger, everybody would be eternal, nothing that could make you have a bad day. Everyday would be the same, quiet.

I am a little bit ironic, if world would be that perfect it would be boring. How could you appreciate good things if you never tasted bad things. How could you appreciate the value of a life if you would be eternal...I guess that before putting myself as a GOD I have a lot to do and a lot more to understand.

Not an atheist, but I'll take a crack at it.

I really wouldn't care. Humans are ridiculous. That being said, I wouldn't demand some kind of cult of praise and worship on pain of eternal torture. I'm not half as conceited or needy as that.

If I were actually loving, wise, compassionate, merciful, etc. I would help out humans, not allow them to be manipulated by vicious, sadistic/masochistic groups who only beat them over their head about guilt and sin.

I wouldn't allow persecution, war, corruption, superstition, lying, and utter stupidity all in my name.

I'd actually take responsiblity for the world and my children. What crazy kind of parent would allow their kids to develop nuclear weapons, poison their environment, and commit all sorts of unspeakable crimes against each other for millenia, etc.?

Worship? A truly enlightened being wouldn't care what a bunch of lesser mortals thought about it. How absurd is it to think that some being on that level would be that vain? It's like a human demanding praise from ants, spiders, and flies.

I would teach people evolution, I would teach people Thermo Dynamics, I would teach people not to be afraid, I would teach people about the universe, I would teach people to take care of the species, I would teach people to respect each other, I would teach people to stay away from religion, I would teach people to respect the planet, I would teach people science, I would teach people the truth. I wouldn't hide in a bush, I wouldn't be the cause of wars, I wouldn't scare my children with hellfire, I wouldn't tell my children to tithe, I wouldn't pretend to be something I wasn't. This can go on and on but I think you get my message.

I'd make lots of funny animals and stuff.

Most of all, I wouldn't cause pain or suffering for people and I would actually show them that I exist. Otherwise, I'd just let them be and admire from afar.

If I were God, I would be all powerful, and therefor be beyond action. There can be no will nor action for an all powerful being, no other. If I were God, I would be, and all that is would be as well.

I'm already my own god, and I think of my self as a very benevolant deity.
