Flirt, drop hints, and just keep the fun up
It maintains a good relationship and plus he'll definitely get the hints.
What you shouldn't do is act hot and cold, because it confuses them.

First I think you should stay focus on your schooling, but, I also know that to live is to love, so if you really feel the vibes for this guy - then ask him to go out to lunch one day. Start the conversation in a general topic, things about work and his likes, what he dislikes, let him know a little about you, keep it light not to heavy with details until you know him a bit better. See where this leads, this should give you an ideal of whether or not you like this guy as a person. Make sure that he is interest in what you like also, by talking to him you can get the feel that he likes you to. Before you let yourself fall so hard for this one person being a young college student, make sure that you know something about him besides his appearance, and the way he carried himself and what you fantasize him to be.
Remember the old saying "never judge a book by its cover". The world is your library always open that book of interest and read the first chapter. I hope he turns out to be your soul-mate. Good Luck

Get another job and leave him your contact info when you leave. If he has feelings for you he'll call you. Or you can go back and initiate something. But find another job first.

If you really love someone, you should show it. Otherwise its not real love, a selfish love rather.
I say, be true to yourself so that you can be true to others. If you can't, then don't expect others to be true to you. Blessings on your future career!

I think you better drop the "love" parrt and just take it slow. Dating co-workers can be tricky. Maybe you can do some informal things...dinner, ice cream, coffee after work. Test the waters.

Start talking to him more--and keep your attention on him, no other guys at work (Well, if there's a guy manager, of course you have to pay attention..Lol. but you know what I mean.) Write him little messages and casually slip them to him, as if you didn't do it. Bump into him. Lol. Flirt with him--if he likes you back, I'm sure he'll do the same~!

Find reasons to have coversation with him. Get to know him in a friendly manner first and then once you all are comfortable with each other let him know how you feel.

Ask him out to coffee, explain how you feel and that you are looking for work elsewhere. Give him the chance to express his feelings too!
