The only thing you'll experience after you DIE is being a buffet for them bugs that will be your room mates 6 feet under. Ever have people you loved as well as loved you die and come back to give you that answer...uhhh No. If there was a G then we would all know it and wouldn't have to go on Yahoo to ask if it exist or not.

No, we have every right to test and probe. That's how understanding of anything is built. With an unbiased mind and heart, free from pre-conceived ideas and prejudices, we can examine and explore. Although there is some rational proof of the existence of a creator, most proof is subjective and experiential. That's not going to change.

Going to the primary sources, the key documents themselves, rather than secondary, possibly distorted, sources, is essential.

I'm a Baha'i and I study Baha'u'llah's writings which have extremely accessible and lucid discussions of God, whatever your background, at the following websites. Enjoy!

Aw, too bad you fixed it. I was going to say dye what? Yes, that is the only way to find out if god is real or not since the sly and tricky little rascal won't show himself, like he's got something to hide. The only catch with your theory is that if you die, you won't have a brain to think such thoughts, which puts you in good company with the living that already know god is real.

I think you meant die not dye. But regardless it really made me cry to read your answers. So many none believers are going to regret so much one day.
I am a firm believer in God he does exist in me and around me. He has been there for me more times then I can count. I pray everyday and when I really have a problem he helps me solve it, no matter what it is or what it might pretain to. All you have to do is believe in him and if you wait till your dead well then you missed so much.

I guess the only other way would be to die before you dye. Lose your life so that you may gain your Life

Connie D is right - just look around you. There are so many examples of intelligent creation. Every living thing is specially designed, nothing random. Truly just begin dialogue with God, pray and ask for comfort and reassurance that He is there.

Sounds a little drastic. Why not study all the prophesy in the old testament to see how many came true then decide for yourself.

Dye? You mean like your hair? What would the color of your hair have to do with an imaginary creature like a god?

I see where you are going.

Everyone will die, some will die twice.

Those who die the first death (earthly, physical death) having believed on Jesus Christ will not face the second death (spiritual death and everlasting separation from God, in hell), but those who die the first death and have not believed on Jesus Christ will die the second death.

"Do not fear the one who is able to kill the body and not the soul. Fear the one who is able to destroy both body and soul in hell. This is the second death."

I'm assuming you meant "die." ??? You'll get is after several beatings from some of these replies. Anyway, the answer is NO. That is when you find out that you should've believed in God and lived according to the Bible, because by then it will be too late. Change now!
