I got an A in german for my gcse yesterday, but it depends on what subject - the language is far too wide to be taught in two years.

Well, most of the Germans cannot. Too much stupid rules, especially the new ones.
But despite the fact that I still do not understand the new rules I would consider myself as a fluent speaker and writer.I am a Native ;)
