I am 120lbs 5'2, and a bit fat. I want to get to 100lbs. Recently over the last 2 weeks I have lost 5lbs, by eating healthy and exercising for 45 minutes daily. So I am at 115lbs now. But for some reason, this week, which is my third week of dieting and exercising, I have lost nothing. I am getting so discouraged by this as I expected to lose at least 2lbs a week. I'm about to fall back into my old eating habits if I don't lose at least a pound by the end of this week! Help, please tell me why I hit the plateau so early, not even 10lbs lost yet and i stopped losing weight.
