shistzu male dog problems?

anyone have a 6 months or a bit older dog what constantly lick /chew himself and has no flee ? what do i do to make him stop

i had to wash our shih tzu in a dog soap called sulfadine, we got it at the pet store. it is a medicated dog soap for skin conditions. other than that i would suggest a trip to the vets office it could be allergies.

the vet could tell you what's causing the itching and perscribe what the dog needs
