I was lighting something, and the flame went up and burned off the tips of my eyelashes on my right eye. Now my eye lashes are uneven. But anyways, will they grow back??

Yeah, they'll grow back. Eyelashes grow at about the same rate as eyebrows.
Until then, try some lengthening mascara and maybe even trim the lashes on your left eye to match.

Yes, of course it does. Unless you've burnt down into the hair follicle. If it's just the lash, it will grow back.

When I was little, I was fooling around and shaved off my eyelashes for no reason. You should've seen my dad. He was all like "WTF you n00b?!" Okay, no he wasn't really like that. But yeah, they do grow back. At least, mine grew back.
