Actually your mental attitude is more important than your physical abilities come match time so try not to think or dwell on the fact that your opponent is stronger than you. Acknowledge it (which you have) and now think of ways to nullify it that fit in best with your skills and abilities. I am sure you have heard the old adage, "when you are up to bat at the plate and you think about getting hit by the ball you probably will get hit by the ball". Instead you should concentrate on the ball, keeping your eye on it, making good clean, solid contact, and hitting it. It is the same in your match and sometimes it is the smarter fighter that wins, not the stronger or tougher one. So remember that your mind controls your body and tells it what to do just as it does for him.

In so far as strategy goes I would rely on my quickness and try to wear him down physically as well as mentally. Avoid holds and positions or situations where your strength is matched directly against his, especially in the beginning. Then he will become a much easier opponent to defeat even though he may have been stronger than you in the beginning.

Focus on your techniques, also focus on the match itself and black out any intimidating thoughts of your opponent, stay focused on everything from what you learn to what your strategies will be, and don't worry so much about winning but focus more on giving 100% in the match, also the fear you feel before the match is addrenaline, wich can actually give you more strenth and endurance so use any advantage you have, think about all your advantages vs your disadvantages.

Have faith in your skill. In wrestling skill will win over stranght 99% of the time. If the guy is big but its fat and not muscle theres really nothing you do have to worry about. I am boarderline 189 and heavyweights (in Cali heavyweight is 200 through 245) so sometimes I am the biggest and sometimes Im the smallest. I find the 245 guys are much easier because generally but not all the time, the bigger you are the slower you are, so you have alot of time to manevure around them and you can suprise them with takedowns because big guys arent used to other big guys shooting in on them. Big guys like to grapple and try to throw and slam eachother, so use your speed against their strenght and you will definetally suprise them.

Always remember that Size and Strength can be made up for with Technique.(that also works the other way around you can make up for lack of technique with Size and Strength)

Work hard on your Technique and you will always know you have a shot because you will know you can overcome any size and strength disadvantage.
